Bad program. Don't buy if your school is requiring SAM 365 & 2016 by Cengage.com. I would give this less than 1 star. This was used for a college computer class in Colorado. CIS 118. There is no Mind Tap. No book that follows it. If you have problems complain to the company. I wasn't only one complaining.It has MS Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. I would upload a picture of the phases of the program but you can not print anything. You cannot screen print. So I'm explaining from memory and some notes. Your computer will constantly freeze. Your computer will say Cengage server not responding. Server cannot be reached. I complained to Cengage over the phone and they have no email address for complaints. Also complained to the school. An explanation of the program set up is as follows: The set up of the online program for Word has 4 Training sections of 28 to 36 tasks to complete. In each task there is an Intro, Observe, Practice and Apply section. The Intro is a screen shot of a blank fake Word document. To the right is a box with an explanation and Title of task of the Task. Ex: Word: Use the Word Count. Dropdown arrows beneath for Mouse and Ribbon maybe shortcut key explanations. So you read. Next you click on Observe and listen to a terrible female voice explain the Intro as a mouse cursor s-l-o-w-l-y clicks on the page. The voice from time to time will become garbled. There is also a text box floating in the way of the cursor clicking. so you cannot see. Then POOF! the screen advances and you don't see the result. Sometimes the visual follows the task explanation and sometimes it follows the ribbon choice and sometimes it just does a short cut key. Now you're to Practice on the fake Word document. But you get the exercise WRONG. Because the simulation of the interface or mechanism or function of the program set up doesn't recognize exactly where you're clicking. In real life your program and computer is very responsive. Now your advanced to Apply by yourself. The screen has an instruction box to do a Word Count. You use your mouse and you apply the instructions by clicking what you learned. But your Wrong! You were showed the task by clicking on the ribbon tabs. But the interface simulation will only correctly accept a short key execution. Then the next task simulation and task steps are turned around. You never know. The task learning order is ridiculous. You learn Formatting before you learn Italicizing text. Difficult before basic functions. Or hap-hazard functions. Nothing is in a logical building learning pattern. So all together there's close to 144 Tutorial tasks that will take 4 to 5 hours to complete. 480 Practice exam questions to interact on. And a Final exam Word Module of 140 interactive questions. Remember no book reference. So remember every click and drag. The amount of time I spent I had to stop watching the clock. The frustration level is ridiculous. To learn and pass the tests you have to binge - watch - participate for H-o-u-r-s ! Break only for sleep. So you still remember. And I haven't explained all the stupid problems dealing with this online program. Like it kicks you out because your on the program along time.The company and people threw this online program out there without looking at it. To make money off students and schools. I paid $120. for Cengage SAM and $800. in tuition. I might remember 15 functions of Word. And you don't actually own this to "refresh" yourself for testing for a job requirement in the future. It doesn't even qualify you for a Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate. It doesn't meet Microsoft standards. Now for Excel. Don't get me started. I'm dropping the course. Loosing over $900.00 bucks. The one positive comment I have is the tech support guy was very nice but couldn't fix anything. Unless he rewrote the program data or bought the company. LOL Good Luck!

Access code did not work. I have to contact the company and deal with trying to get a replacement. Very disappointed for an expensive item.

This product is terrible and overpriced. Learned more from a high school class with a teacher that didn't even care to teach the class.Update: I've finished the class. This is definitely still some of the most infuriating software I've ever used. I absolutely hate it.

Program is slow , freezes, and will not download assignments or reports at times , causes me to be late on assignments . Terriable program. Needs to be updated

I have a love hate relationship with this book. I love the content which includes such aspects as an essential oil, mantra, meditation, dos and don’ts, and more for every House. There’s meat for each New Moon and every Full Moon too. She included five appendices of information that I feel should have been introduced where appropriate throughout the book and leave the appendices for reference rather than key material. Being relatively green to astrology and to the changes and impact of the moon, I have a lot to learn. I dived into the book, highlighted A LOT, and inserted colored paperclips to mark key pages. I was psyched by Yasmin’s material and planned to use the book to meditate through the lunar cycles this year (which I believe is Yasmin’s intent for the reader too), but what I thought was a simply goal is DIFFICULT using her book. One "problem" is that Yasmin introduces the Rising Sign which is a more in-depth (and appropriate - my words) representation of yourself than the Sun Sign. But, as you work to understand all the material in the book, many times it isn't clear which sign to use. This is key because if you're able to use Yasmin's book as I believe she expected it to be used then it will be a personal experience based on your birth date, time, and location.Yasmin references her moonology.com site A LOT. She recommended that you go there to learn this and that. Problem is that many things cost money, AND things have obviously moved since she wrote the book so some URLs are incorrect.Lastly, although the book is busting with information I find it simply too difficult to follow easily. Minimally, it needs an index, perhaps additional appendices with the key charts (e.g., Finding your rising sign), consistent information on which sign to start with (i.e., sun or rising), an additional chapter that ties it all together, and enough information that I don’t need to go to moonology.com and other astrological sites unless perhaps I want to know the sign for the day. Yasmin needs to decide whether Moonology is meant to be a standalone book or a hook for readers to join her site and pay for things.I’m tossed about whether I will buy her Astrology book. If it’s like Moonology I will need the internet and many hours of study to grasp the points.

While the other books are adequate, “Moonology” is the most thorough and provides a step-by-step guide on how to harness the energy of the New Moon and Full Moon month after month. Author Yasmin Boland’s offering is a powerful tool that teaches readers how to use the New Moon to manifest intentions, and the Full Moon to release what doesn’t serve you. The book is helpful in creating a space at least twice a month to meditate on what it is you truly want and don’t want/need. It’s been six months since I turned page one of “Moonology” and I now understand – and FEEL – a cycle of life connected to the Moon. Boland writes: “Once you learn to dance to the Moon’s rhythm, you’ll find that life flows more easily: it will be as if you’ve cracked a secret code.” She deciphers that code in this must-have guide for anyone who wants to tune in to a Universal force infinitely greater than the “To Do” list of our daily lives.

WOW! So, I got this just in time for the July Full Moon, and I gathered my tribe and really got into the Full Moon section, and wholly wow! Yasmin has taken something that can be so overwhelming, and made it so comprehensive and beautiful, and empowering- all at the same time. Then, I did a virtual gathering with my tribe for the New Moon, and Yasmin has an entire part of the book on all things new moon, and again! Everyone got so much out of it. I really felt safe with this book, I ordered 2 additional ones for sisters. With sacred gratitude and lunar love... JB

I bought the kindle edition and love it but I'm going back for the hard copy as well. She has a ton of info in this book.. and it is helping me to understand the power of the moon cycles. Yes she does refer back to her website a lot but although some are for money, she does offer a lot of free things as well... and tons of info!! I actually love the kindle version because I was able to take screen shots of all the different tables and refer back to them.. love the kindle for things like that. I'm buying the hard copy as well cuz I need quick access to her checklists and I'm old school and like flipping pages for that kind of stuff. I'm new to astrology/Moonology and am finding this fascinating. If the moon can have such huge affects on that large body that we call "oceans", one can only imagine how much affect the moon can have on our body.. which is composed of a heck of a lot of water. I give it two thumbs up.. I'm grateful for all the info she has presented in it.. I'm grateful to be on yet another spiritual path.

I really like the way this book is organized and love the concept behind it but there is a lot of fluff when it comes down to the specifics. All in all, I'd say this book is geared toward people who know very little about astrology and want something simple and fun to help keep track of lunar phases.

It really explains practices to apply to your life in unison with the moon phases. I wish more was discussed on the full moon, more or the chapters are dedicated to new moons, would recommend overall.
